Ukraine lifts age limit for joining the military! Commander of the Ukrainian forces: all Ukrainians are needed to take up arms against Russia!
Prior to this, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine prohibited the departure of male citizens between the ages of 18 and 60, which meant that Ukrainian conscription would be selected from male citizens aged 18 to 60. But just today (25th), the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense released a statement prepared by the force commander, Brigadier General Garushkin, on social media, which said that the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense decided to lift the age limit for joining the army and simplified the process of enlistment.
In other words, Ukrainian male citizens under the age of 18 and over the age of 60 can join the army voluntarily, and willing Ukrainians only need to take an identity document to receive weapons to join the Ukrainian army.
After the Ukrainian Defense Ministry issued this statement, it immediately aroused some people's questions: The Russian-Ukrainian conflict does not seem to have developed to the point where all Ukrainian soldiers need to be soldiered, is Kiev trying to make Russia suffer moral uneasiness in such an extreme way?
