Wang Quan is a member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, a member of the Shaanxi Calligraphers Association, a director of the Calligraphy and Painting Association of Shaanxi Province, and the vice chairman of the Qindu District Calligraphers Association. His works include the Dictionary of Chinese Calligraphers and Painters, the Chinese Hanmo, and the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference 'Large-scale Fine Arts Calligraphy Exhibition Collection'.
