As a representative urban renewal project of Vanke, Shangsheng Xinsho has been actively practicing the "15-minute community life circle", reopening the originally closed scientific research park to the public after spatial renewal and functional transformation, and continuously introducing high-quality cultural content to improve people's quality of life.

Sunke Villa, where the exhibition is located, was built in 1931 and is a representative work of architectural designer Hudak's residential design. The building was renovated in 2020 and has hosted a number of cultural and artistic exhibitions and Catholic education activities since its opening.
