After only a few months of staying, she learned to fix the TV, install a wheelchair, open the toilet, change the light bulb...

Su Yingying found that the elderly need more psychological care than the nursing care of life. During the epidemic period, nursing homes have implemented closed management, many elderly people have not seen their relatives for a long time, their hearts are very panicked, and some even have large emotional fluctuations, and some nursing staff are helpless. Su Yingying has studied educational psychology, and as soon as she has time, she talks to the elderly on her knees, patiently listens to their nagging, and puts herself in the shoes of the elderly. There is always a reward for giving. Su Yingying's excellent work has been highly recognized by the elderly and family members in the hospital, and she has achieved good results in the municipal and district elderly care skills competitions.
