BMW 3 Series sales increased by nearly 5,000 units from the previous month, ranking third with sales of 18,841 units, down 7.3% year-on-year. Audi A4L sales were stable, selling 18,444 units in January, essentially unchanged from the same period last year and the previous month.
Honda Accord and Nissan Tianlai both sold more than 17,000 units, 17,061 and 17,571 units, respectively, ranking fifth and sixth. Among them, Accord sales fell by 10.3% year-on-year, while Tianlai sales increased by 24.1%.
Volkswagen's Maiten and Passat ranked seventh and eighth, with sales of 15,991 and 14,668 units, respectively. Among them, Magotan's sales fell by 32.7% year-on-year, while Passat's sales volume soared by 698% year-on-year, mainly due to the low sales base of Passat in the same period last year.
Hongqi H5 sold 13,137 units, slightly higher than last month's sales, and was the only autonomous medium-sized car that sold more than 10,000 units, 12.7% year-on-year.
Toyota Asia Dragon sales were relatively stable, ranking tenth with sales of 12,322 vehicles, up 28.7% year-on-year. In addition, Honda's INSPIRE sales are also good, with sales climbing rapidly after the launch of the new model, reaching 8,863 units in January, double the same period last year.
Buick Regal sales fell, with sales of 8,718 units in January, down from 11,169 units in the previous month and down 8.2% year-on-year. In addition, the Xiaopeng P7 sold 6707 units, the Cadillac CT5 sold 6469 units, and the Buick LaCrosse sold 5120 vehicles.
