Guyuan City Library is located in Jiulong Road, Southwest New District, Wonju District, Guyuan City, with a construction area of 7541.46 square meters, a total of four floors, which can accommodate 1,000 people to read and learn at the same time. The collection of 130,000 books covers 22 categories such as philosophy, history, literature, social sciences, politics and law, and new collections are gradually being added. The shelves along the wall are filled with a variety of literary books, and the greenery and lounge sofas in the hall are contrasted with each other, and the environment is simple and comfortable, but also elegant. The children's reading room is more like a fairytale castle, filled with cute dolls, small slides, bright and warm colors. In view of the different reading needs and habits of children of different ages of 3-6 and 7-12 years old, the museum also divides the children's reading room and places children's books suitable for children of this age in different areas, so that they can absorb knowledge within their own understanding in a childlike environment.
The Sunshine Book Bar, which offers a variety of drinks and snack foods, is the hidden "Easter egg" of the Guyuan City Library. Sunshine Book Bar is located on the third floor of the library, if you are too involved in the reading process and miss lunch time, you can come here to eat and replenish your energy, study tired, tired of reading, you can also come here to empty yourself and let your thoughts drift away.
