A few days ago, the Ministry of Education issued the "Opinions on Further Strengthening the Construction and Management of High-level Sports Teams in Ordinary Colleges and Universities", which clarified the following points: (1) The basic academic system of high-level athletes is the same as that of ordinary students, and the number of years of study in school shall not exceed the maximum number of years stipulated by the professional school; (2) The academic level requirements of high-level athletes and ordinary students should be consistent in principle ;(3) Colleges and universities shall not give high-level athletes a separate number of exemptions or formulate separate exemption methods; (4) They should improve the competition system of high-level sports teams, take football projects as the guide, and establish and improve the national and provincial league systems of schools for high-level sports team construction projects such as basketball and volleyball. I don't understand and don't know how to understand the Ministry of Education's understanding of the control of these outstanding athletes' access to knowledge channels?
