Yuliang Village, as the "place where the dream of Huishang began", is one of the first batch of state-level traditional ancient villages, with the oldest and largest ancient barrage in the upper reaches of the Xin'an River - Yuliang Dam, and the national historical and cultural street - Yuliang Ancient Street and other cultural resources.

The filling is wrapped in dough skin, squeezed tightly, pushed and rolled into a round cake shape with a wooden mill, and then placed in a pan to be burned, and a stone is placed on each cake to be pressed, and the purpose of placing the stone is to transfer heat evenly so that the filling is cooked thoroughly, and the stone is pressed on the side of the kang (the cake does not have to be turned over), which promotes the internal grease to ooze out, and is kept until it is cooked and taken out. After biting open, the aroma is fragrant and moisturizing.
