On the afternoon of February 21, Zaozhuang Vocational (Technician) College organized and held a work forum for Guo Qijiu, a professor sent by the province to aid Xinjiang. At the symposium, Guo Qijiu briefed on various aspects of work since he was assigned to Kashgar Vocational and Technical College as the head of the Department of Biological Sciences in September 2021. Wang Hongling, deputy secretary of the college party committee and dean of Zaozhuang Vocational College, pointed out that the main purpose of this forum is to sort out the work, sum up experience, and better carry out services to aid Xinjiang. In recent years, the college has actively responded to the call of the Provincial Department of Education to support the high-quality development of vocational education in Xinjiang, and for two consecutive years has been approved to send professors, doctors and other high-level talents to carry out services in Xinjiang, which is the honor of the college, all departments (colleges) and departments should cherish the honor, and the majority of teachers should learn the style of teachers who are brave enough to take responsibility and face difficulties. He proposed that teachers aiding Xinjiang should adapt to local conditions, integrate the advantages and experience of the college with the corresponding colleges and universities, innovate ideas, and explore progress and breakthroughs; at the same time, we must pay attention to absorbing and learning the work experience of the corresponding colleges and universities, learn more from the same batch of sister colleges and universities, strive to establish a long-term work mechanism, and contribute to the high-quality development of vocational education in Xinjiang.
