The urban art microspace debuted on Nanchang Road

Nanchang Road has a deep history and cultural heritage, and is one of the "most Shanghainese" urban contexts... Empowering people's better lives with art and design, Shanghai Design Capital Promotion Center launched the first urban art micro-space "AD Hub" project in China, which was unveiled at No. 296 Nanchang Road, Huangpu District. "AD Hub" is the first urban art micro-space project in China initiated by the Shanghai Design Capital Promotion Center, AD is taken from the initials of Art and Design, meaning art and design, hub means center, hub in English means center, hub. Through AD Hub, the initiators hope to use the micro-spaces scattered on the streets and corners of the city and become a platform for artists and designers to display their works. The project aims to create new scenes and new spaces where art intervenes in the community, designers talk to residents, and citizens can participate and interact in "15 minutes" at close range.
