(3) Expansion process (throttling)

The refrigerant liquid with higher temperature and pressure becomes larger after passing through the expansion valve device, and the pressure and temperature drop sharply, and the expansion valve is discharged in a fog.

(4) Evaporation process

After the low-temperature and low-pressure mist refrigerant enters the evaporator, it is boiled and vaporized by absorbing the heat of the air around the surface of the evaporator through the wall surface of the evaporator, thereby reducing the air temperature in the car. Under the action of the blower, the cold and hot air in the car accelerates convection, improving the cooling effect of the air conditioner.
