From a regional point of view, there are 470 major projects in Changzhutan, accounting for 32.9%; 314 in Dongting Lake Area, accounting for 22%; 267 in Xiangnan Area, accounting for 18.7%; 363 in Xiangxi Area, accounting for 25.4%; and the remaining 14 are cross-regional projects. From the perspective of fields, it is mainly concentrated in the fields of major industrial chains, scientific and technological innovation, major infrastructure and public services. From the structural point of view, government investment focuses on municipal and industrial parks, scientific and technological innovation platforms and projects in the field of people's livelihood, and moderately advances infrastructure investment; private investment focuses on industrial strong chain replenishment, expansion of domestic demand to promote circulation, urban renewal and quality improvement, etc., the number of projects and investment amount are more than 70%, effectively playing the role of the main force. In addition, 143 new projects were launched on special bonds and projects within the central budget, striving to concentrate on the formation of a physical workload in the first quarter.
According to the relevant person in charge of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the newly started project has a large investment volume, excellent industrial quality and strong driving capacity, and the implementation of the project will provide strong support for the full implementation of the strategic positioning and mission of "three highs and four new" and promote the high-quality development of our province. This year, Hunan will pay close attention to the combination of the seven major policies of the central government, closely follow the three major supports of electricity, computing power and power, as well as promote the multiplication project of market players, the "thousands of hundreds" project of industrial development, the action of adding new industrial enterprises above designated size, the "Golden Furong" leap action of enterprise listing, the "Four Top Ten", "Five Good Parks", the business environment, and the return of Hunan businessmen, and plan, create and implement more projects.
