President Zheng fully affirmed the achievements of the School of Language and Media in professional construction and cultural education, and put forward specific requirements for teaching and scientific research, talent construction, management and operation. The first is to strengthen the construction of teachers and optimize the structure of the teaching staff. Give full play to the professional leading role of outstanding talents in young and middle-aged teachers, introduce high-level talents, and promote professional construction and scientific research to a higher level.
The second is to build a professional construction platform and innovate the talent training model. Actively docking large-scale course platforms and practice platforms, building an integrated practical teaching system of educational internships, internships and studies, and enhancing professional influence; the third is to highlight characteristics and create brands. Establish the cultural education brand of the School of Language and Media, integrate the existing cultural education activity resources, and highlight the brand characteristics; the fourth is to make full use of the effect of famous principals and integrate alumni resources.
