Since 2015, Liuzhou Transport Capacity has sent a technical team including Li Xujun to the United States and Europe for investigation. Li Xujun found that road snow removal equipment is quite mature in developed areas such as Europe and the United States, and even every household has a small snow removal vehicle, which has realized the full automation of road snow removal. This allowed the technical team of Liuzhou Transportation to see the development prospects of professional road snow removal equipment in China, so it cooperated with kodiak company in the United States to introduce each other's professional snow removal technology for joint venture production.
In order to realize the localization of professional snow removal equipment, Li Xujun led the team to carry out innovative research and development from the imported equipment, but faced problems at the beginning. "After all, the team is all southerners, and they have never seen a snow removal car, let alone learned." We can only start from scratch and carry out research and development one by one. After 6 years of dedicated research and development, a series of professional snow removal vehicles of Liuzhou Transportation Capacity have achieved more than 90% localization, reaching or even surpassing the level of international first-class brands in performance, and have also received many international orders. "Because of the excellent performance and reliable quality, 60% of our orders last year were export orders, and the products were mainly sold to the United States, India, Europe and other places. In addition, the strong production capacity of Chinese industry is also an advantage, and the order delivery period of foreign snow removal truck brands is generally 10 months, which we can shorten to 2 to 3 months. Li Xujun said.
Under the premise of ensuring the same performance level, a series of domestic professional snow removal vehicles are lower in price than similar imported products, and the strong price advantage is also strongly welcomed by domestic customers. "Many domestic airports have purchased our snowplow products. This time to provide snow removal services for the Winter Olympics, many customers have called to inquire after seeing it. Li Xujun said.
At the Beijing Winter Olympics, Liuzhou Capacity provided a total of 3 large-scale highway sweeping 2-in-1 snow removal vehicles, large airport runway sweeping 2-in-1 snow removal vehicles and small multi-functional snow removal vehicles for the events, which were used for snow removal work in Yanchong Expressway and Beijing Yanqing Race Area. Snow removal work will continue until the end of March this year.
With the rapid development of China's industrial technology level, more and more "Made in China" have appeared in various international markets.
