This is the company's first intelligent inspection robot.

The use of this inspection robot can not only achieve real-time inspection 24 hours a day, but also be more accurate and efficient in data collection and monitoring, which greatly improves the efficiency of daily inspection. Intelligent inspection robot is a new type of service robot, mainly used for monitoring production equipment, timely feedback on the status of the system, so that technicians can quickly find problems for maintenance. According to statistics, in 2019, the overall industry scale of China's substation inspection robots reached 40 billion to 55 billion yuan. In the future, such power grid inspection robots may become the "standard" of smart grid systems, and integrate with the construction of the entire grid intelligent system.
At present, although the market demand is strong, the market competition of China's intelligent inspection robots is not fierce. Relevant analysis points out that because it involves multidisciplinary knowledge such as mathematics, mechanics, automation control and computers, and requires strict certification by national or third-party authoritative institutions, there are certain barriers to the manufacture of intelligent inspection robots, so there are fewer competitors in the industry. At present, the only producers are Shandong Luneng, Yijiahe, Zhejiang Guozi and so on.
The strong demand for superimposed higher entry thresholds makes the overall gross profit margin of the intelligent inspection robot industry reach more than 60%, and the profit level is high. At present, the global intelligent inspection robot has entered the industrialization from research, and China clearly requires that the intelligent inspection robot industry needs to increase by 30% by 2021, and the industry competition of intelligent inspection robots will become more and more fierce in the future.
