In the past year, the state has vigorously rectified the education and training market to improve market chaos and ensure the healthy growth of young people. In this context, many head education and training companies have adjusted their own development direction and reduced the size of their organizations, so the number of new positions released in this field has shown negative growth.

At the same time, the state's supervision of the game industry has also been further tightened, and games have shown slower growth. The slow growth of new jobs in the financial and real estate sectors is related to the economic downturn and the impact of the epidemic. In the field of culture, sports events, film and television, two important branches of sports events, film and television due to the epidemic offline activities are limited, the organization and viewing of related activities have been affected, which in turn affected the operation and expansion of the business, so there has not been more demand for employment.

So, in the five areas where the growth of employment demand is relatively poor, where do talents tend to go? The report shows that talents in the fields of education and training, finance, games, culture and sports media are the first choice when submitting resumes is the Internet/mobile Internet/e-commerce direction, accounting for about 10%, ranking first. The largest subdivision of real estate talents is still real estate, accounting for 10.93%.
