According to media reports, the plaintiff claimed in documents filed by its lawyers that she was sexually abused by Bob Dylan between April and May 1965, with allegations revealing that some of the abuses occurred at the Chelsea Hotel where Dylan was staying. In addition, the allegations mention that Bob Dylan exercised control over the woman through drugs, alcohol and threats of violence. "To this day, she still feels hurt emotionally and psychologically," the lawsuit reads.
In response to a denial statement from Bob Dylan's side, J.C's lawyer revealed to People magazine, "We will prove these allegations in court." ”
