Mercedes-Benz officials said that the Mercedes-Benz eSprinter has completed winter testing work in Sweden, and it will be mass-produced in the United States and Germany in the first half of 2023.

Mercedes-Benz said that for commercial customers, their trucks should have the same transportation ability in bad weather conditions as fuel vehicles, so Mercedes-Benz eSprinter completed the durability test of ice and snow roads and low temperature environments in Sweden. At the same time, the Mercedes-Benz eSprinter will open up new market segments, such as the United States and Canada; the new car configuration has also been upgraded, and the mileage is twice that of the current model. At present, more than 350 million euros have been invested in the new car project, and the three plants for the production of new cars have also invested more than 50 million euros in upgrading.
In addition, Mercedes-Benz offers the eSprinter, eVito Panel Van, eVito Tourer and EQV, as well as smaller T-Class models. Mercedes-Benz eVans will usher in an electrification transition in 2025, and the first model with a pure electric architecture will be named VAN.EA.
