Public information shows that in 1976, 20-year-old Yin Jiaxu became a worker at the Chongqing Yuzhou Gear Factory. In 1978, Yin Jiaxu was directly promoted from apprentice to second-class worker. This incident made Yin Jiaxu proud because "that is not an easy task."
From 1976 to 1996, Yin Jiaxu worked at the Chongqing Yuzhou Gear Factory for 20 years, growing from a worker to a later factory director.
In February 1996, he became the director of the office of the Southwest Ordnance Industry Bureau, and was promoted to deputy director in July of that year, and soon served as the executive deputy general manager and general manager of Changan Automobile (Group) Company.

In July 2010, Yin Jiaxu served as the Party Secretary and Deputy General Manager of New China North Industries Group Corporation, and from 2013 to 2018, he served as the Party Secretary and Chairman of China North Industries Group Corporation.

What kind of position you have in the market, what kind of position you have in society; how much you have the right to speak in the market, how much power you have at the level of national strategy.
In the 2017 article "In the Spring, Innovation Is just in time", Yin Jiaxu also quoted poems such as "The days and times of personnel are urged, the winter solstice is sunny and spring is coming again" and "the east wind is good for the yang and the messenger, and every grass and flowers are happening" and so on.
After retiring, Yin Jiaxu also gave media interviews.

On October 25, the Supreme People's Procuratorate announced that Yin Jiaxu's case of allegedly accepting bribes and illegally making profits for relatives and friends was investigated by the State Supervision Commission and transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution.
A few days ago, the Supreme People's Procuratorate made a decision to arrest Yin Jiaxu on suspicion of accepting bribes and illegally making profits for relatives and friends in accordance with the law. The case is under further processing.
What is the crime of illegally profiting for relatives and friends?
The Criminal Law stipulates that a staff member of a state-owned company, enterprise or public institution who, by taking advantage of his position, suffers a major loss to the interests of the state shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention, and shall also be fined or fined individually; if he causes particularly serious losses to the interests of the state, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years and shall also be fined.
The three scenarios are:
