In July, due to the heavy delivery workload, she made a mistake in her work and misconfigured an order, and later after her colleague corrected the error, she expressed her gratitude to her colleague and apologized to the customer.

On November 25, the Tesla team in Hefei organized an event called "Problems Encountered by the Current Team". At the event, a colleague reported himself. That night, Tesla HRBP Shen X rushed from Zhejiang to Hefei to investigate the incident.

On February 20, 2019, Jiang XX worked as a delivery consultant at Tesla.

On November 26, 2021, Tesla suspended Jiang xx for no reason until December 2, 2021, when it was notified of the suspension without written notice, during which Jiang was prohibited from going to work.

On December 3, 2021, Tesla unilaterally and without reason to notify Jiang to leave the post for leave, in fact, it was illegal to terminate the labor contract in disguise. Jiang xx submitted an application for a ruling in accordance with the law.

Tesla has notified Jiang xx in writing from December 3, 2021 to leave his post, and the unit will normally pay labor remuneration and apply for social insurance every month. Jiang xx advocated returning to his original post to work normally, refusing paid leave, and the two sides did not reach an agreement.

The term of Jiang XX's labor contract has not yet expired, the labor contract stipulates the job position and work place, and now requires to return to work, provide labor in accordance with the position agreed in the labor contract, and request to obtain labor remuneration through his own labor, which is in line with the law, so the labor arbitration commission supports Jiang xx's request for both parties to continue to perform the labor contract.
