It is understood that the Pingluo County Education and Sports Bureau, together with the Pingluo County Development and Reform Bureau and the Pingluo County Finance Bureau, issued the "Pingluo County School After-School Service Fee Management Measures", which clarified that the after-school service object is the county's students in the compulsory education stage, and the number of service days is calculated according to 22 days per month, and the county primary and secondary schools are charged after school fees according to the standard of not more than 4.5 yuan per student per day and rural primary and secondary schools not higher than 2.7 yuan per student per day, and the service time is two hours per day after school from Monday to Friday afternoon. At the same time, it is necessary to clarify the subsidy standards for after-school services, establish a funding guarantee mechanism from the institutional level, ensure that teachers participate in after-school services, and promote the "double reduction" policy to further exert practical effects.
Zhang Qingdong, director of the Basic Education Management Office of the Pingluo County Education and Sports Bureau, said that since the implementation of the "double reduction" policy, primary and secondary schools have carried out a wealth of community activities such as homework tutoring, chorus, calligraphy, and dance. Since the implementation of the "double reduction" policy, a number of primary and secondary schools have formulated after-school service implementation plans in accordance with the requirements of "one school, one case", continuously improved the management system, optimized the form of services, integrated educational resources, and enriched service content, effectively promoting the "return of students to campus and education to school". After one semester of practice, it not only reduces the burden of students participating in off-campus training, but also reduces the financial burden of families. Pingluo County took the lead in introducing the management measures for after-school service charges, so that participating teachers have gained income, greatly mobilized the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of teachers to participate in after-school services, ensured the quality of after-school services, and promoted the long-term and orderly development of school after-school services in the compulsory education stage of the county.
