This Captain America red, white and blue tactical costume is from the Marvel movie Captain America: The Avengers Vanguard. After the U.S. Army officially recognized Steve Rogers as a Super Soldier, he put on the outfit and was given the classic Vibrating Gold Shield, which is synonymous with the character myth.
Now, with this new outfit, Captain America has acquired four MCU costumes in Marvel's Avengers, the others including Avengers, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame.
