As a mobile processor co-created by Samsung and AMD, the Exynos 2200 has attracted a lot of attention from the outside world, but from the latest exposed news, the improvement of this processor compared to the previous generation is not obvious.
According to the data shared by the exposer @TechAltar, compared with the previous generation Exynos 2100, the Exynos 2200 has only improved by 5% on the CPU, while the integrated Xclipse 920 GPU, which is about 17% higher than the Mali-G78 MP14 collar used by the previous generation, is still a bit disappointing, the actual experience will not usher in earth-shaking changes, NPU is up 115% compared with last year, and better AI performance can make the image AI voice assistants like Bixby have better performance and improved imaging capabilities. Samsung has yet to reveal the GPU specs for the Exynos 2200, so it's unclear what the final GPU clock speed will be. Earlier rumors suggested it could be around 1.3 to 1.4GHz, which is much faster than the Exynos 2100 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. Although AMD has a very good performance in the PC field graphics card, it is still inexperienced in the mobile phone field, so this generation is more of a test of the water, and it may take later products to see the real results of this cooperation.
