"When the earliest ditches were not paved, the damage was very serious, and the area was full of weeds. As soon as the heavy rain came, the soil on the side of the ditch was washed away! Standing on the side of the water and soil protection demonstration area, Zheng Yilong extended his finger to the edge of the ditch and introduced the changes, "After the construction of the ditch protection, drought can be watered and waterslide can be drained." But the protective masonry is still inevitably damaged, and it must be repaired in time, otherwise it will affect the harvest. Turning his head, Zheng Yilong found that there was still some white garbage scattered between the ditches, and he hurried into the ditches to clean up.

Last year, Heilongjiang Province implemented a high-standard farmland construction area of 10.1 million mu, with a total investment of 12.812 billion yuan; this year, it will continue to make efforts to build 11 million mu of new high-standard farmland.
