There is such a counselor at the University of South China, she has been working as a counselor for 26 years, and is called "wide management", "big sister Ma", "military mother", "Ma Zhenggao" by students... She and her students are not only teachers and students, but also friends, but also relatives, she is Ma Jun, who was named "the most beautiful college counselor" by the Central Propaganda Department and the Ministry of Education.

Ma Jun chatted with the student while mobilizing his classmates to look for the student everywhere. After more than an hour, the student who sent the message finally appeared in her office..." Under the guidance of Ma Jun, this student gradually focused on his own learning progress, regained his confidence, and later, was admitted to Sichuan University with the first place in the written test and interview.
"Prevention is more important than emergency", Ma Jun has insisted on part-time work for students to teach mental health education guidance classes since 2006. In order to make students like this course and learn something, Ma Jun constantly explores and practices the "Mental Health Education Mutual Aid Experience Teaching Model" - while focusing on students' physical and mental health and students' learning, while adhering to the needs, participation, experience and feedback of students. Therefore, she brought together school counselors and carried out a series of career development activities for counselors, carried out a "centripetal force" salon once a month, carried out outdoor quality development activities every semester, held an innovation forum every year, and held a new year's party for the student-worker system, and so on. The content of each activity comes from the specific work practice needs, Ma Jun hopes that through a series of learning and activities, he can create a student work team that loves students, works diligently and is good at research, incubates a group of outstanding team members, and enhances the ability of counselors to educate people.
