The construction of Xiong'an New Area is a millennium plan and a major national event. "Millennium plan, education first" is the consensus of all Xiong'an builders, and it is also the historical responsibility of all Xiong'an educators. Xiong'an's education should satisfy the people and serve the new area, first of all, it is necessary to adapt to the high standard positioning and high-quality development of Xiong'an New Area, adapt to the needs of Beijing's non-capital functions, and embark on a path of educational development with its own characteristics. Xiongxian is one of the three counties under construction in Xiong'an, the educational resources are not rich, there is a large gap between the teaching level and the famous schools, and the internal inter-school level is also uneven. In the face of this background and the current situation, the Xiongxian Education Bureau started from the high school education, and with the consent of the county party committee and the county government, established the Xiongxian High School Of High School Education, and strived to stimulate the vitality of the county's education system and the vitality of teachers through the innovation of the mechanism, form a new mechanism of mutual motivation and complementary advantages, make up for the shortcomings of high school education, and achieve leapfrog development. Led by the general school, through overall planning, selection, reform and improvement, the implementation of "one school and one product", promote the comprehensive development of students' morality, intellectual, physical and aesthetic work, and make every effort to create a new brand of Xiongxian high school education and establish a new image.

There are five high schools in Xiongxian County, including four ordinary high schools and one vocational school, and the General School of High School Education manages these five schools in education, teaching, resource allocation and other aspects. The main school has a general principal and office, and each school has an executive vice president to implement the deployment of the main school and be responsible for the education and teaching work of the school. To put it in a nutshell, the original "five" has now become "one", united to seek common development, twist the five strands of rope into a rope, and pursue the effect of "five ones being greater than five". The General School of High School Education has been operating for some time and has shown its advantages, the most prominent of which is the revitalization of existing educational resources. For example, according to actual needs, the flow of school leaders, middle-level backbones, teaching backbones, and teachers between schools is more timely and smooth, and the optimal allocation of talents is realized; the advantages and disadvantages of education and teaching in each school are more transparent, the general school has a more accurate grasp of the situation of each school, and the work is targeted; more importantly, the inter-school resource sharing is more thorough, and the effect is twice as effective.

At the beginning of the implementation of the plan, we focused on rationalizing, revitalizing, adjusting and improving a lot of work, straightening out internal relations, revitalizing inter-school mobility, solving the current situation of the original five schools being independent and "old and dead do not interact with each other", and adjusting the allocation of talents and resources in a timely manner from the overall height to reform and empowerment. The ultimate goal of the main school is to achieve inter-school "integration", each school highlights its own "one product", learns from each other, and forms a county brand. With this goal in mind, we have made up our minds to break down the inter-school barriers, tear down the "wall" between schools and schools, and also open up the "heart wall" between schools that originally prevented you from me and me, and secretly competed with each other, so that the county's high school education practitioners could think and work hard to make a difference, and through the big teaching and research, big moral education, and big evaluation at the level of the general school, the overall education and teaching level of the county's high schools would be greatly improved.

"Big teaching and research" closely combined with the actual teaching, first of all to carry out top-down class listening and evaluation activities, the implementation of vice principals, vice principals, middle-level leaders, subject teachers must listen to the specified class hours within the specified time, and each listen must be evaluated, to communicate face-to-face with the lecturers; the general school organizes part-time high school teaching and research staff to push the door to listen to the class, listen to which school, which teacher's class, randomly select, after listening to the class, organize the evaluation of the class in a timely manner, all members of the subject preparation team listening to the class during the evaluation of the class participate, and the video data needs to be retained during the class evaluation process. The main school regularly organizes discipline teaching and research activities throughout the county, each discipline is undertaken by several schools in turn, and before the teaching and research activities, the excellent teaching plans, lecture records, evaluation records, learning plans, and lessons at this stage should be toured in the high schools, and as a main content of the exchange and evaluation of teaching and research activities. At the end of each school year, the work in the "big teaching and research" should be evaluated, and the schools, disciplines (lesson preparation groups) and teachers with good performance should be commended, and the evaluation results should be used as an important indicator to evaluate the teaching performance of the school. The "big teaching and research" activity should also go out and learn and communicate on a larger platform, so that the teaching level of the whole county can be greatly improved.

"Great moral education" is to share the moral education resources of each school, such as a school has a model student or model teacher, we will publicize their deeds to the county's high school section, and give full play to its positive guidance and demonstration role. Putting moral education in a prominent position requires support and guarantee from systems and mechanisms. In order to implement the "great moral education", the main school has built a platform to regularly hold "one forum and one salon", that is, the "wisdom cultivation, waiting for the flowers to blossom" class teacher moral education work forum and the "educating people with the way, education is good" class teacher theme salon. These two platforms have both a fierce confrontation of views and a gentle exchange, so that the class teacher can learn in the competition and grow in the exchange. The forum platform built by the head school puts forward clear requirements for the participants, and the discussion and speech should be based on the actual situation of the university, with "example" evidence, experience, reflection and improvement methods. These three forums aim to build a platform for mutual learning, exchange, cooperation and common development for managers at or above the middle level of each school, so as to enhance their sense of responsibility, service awareness and quality awareness, greatly improve the leadership team's ability to govern the school and the management level, and strive to build an excellent management team.

For the above-mentioned "great teaching and research" and "great moral education" activities, the general school conducts periodic, semester, and academic year evaluations, rewards the good and punishes the inferior, and selects outstanding people in lectures, lectures, lectures, teaching plans, moral education work, class management, grade management, campus management, etc., to commend them, and promotes their experience throughout the county. After the establishment of Xiong'an New District, there are four high schools in Xiongxian County that have docked with famous schools or education groups outside the county, the first high school docking Tianjin No. 1 Middle School and Hengshui No. 13 Middle School, the second high school docking the Affiliated Middle School of Beijing Normal University and Shijiazhuang Elite Group, the Yanzhou Middle School docking the Affiliated Experimental Middle School of Beijing Normal University, and the Vocational Education Center docking with the Tianjin First Commercial School, and these docking schools help and guide the four high schools in Xiongxian County. Before the establishment of the main school, this kind of help and guidance was one-on-one, and after the establishment of the main school, it became "one drag five". For each help and guidance activity, the head school will make overall arrangements for the participation of relevant education and teaching personnel of non-paired schools, from business exchanges to lectures, class evaluation and other links, which greatly improves the "benefit rate" of paired assistance. During the summer vacation of 2021, the First High School and the Vocational Education Center held principal forums attended by Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and other provinces respectively, and the effect of resource sharing was more prominent.

After the establishment of Xiong'an New District, some high schools in Xiongxian County participated in the "double new" discipline teaching and research community activities of Shijiazhuang No. 1 Middle School and the teaching and research activities of Hengshui No. 13 Middle School and Baoding Municipal Institute of Education. Every time we participate in teaching and research, experts, scholars and outstanding teachers of sister schools will always try their best to answer questions for us, so that every leader and teacher who participates in teaching and research will gain a full harvest, and then become a "fire sower", bringing the fire of ideas, concepts and knowledge back to the school, spreading it to the grade, discipline and even the whole school, enlightening teachers and students.

After the establishment of the General School of High School Education, we have integrated this kind of teaching and research activities to make the fire of wisdom continue to burn. In each teaching and research activity, we select teachers in five high schools, go to be able to "learn from the scriptures", come back to be able to "preach", and strive to achieve the goal of "solving puzzles, landing, seeking innovation, and improving" every time we participate in teaching and research activities, bringing new thinking and stimulating new vitality to the high school education in the county.

The Xiongxian High School of High School Education has not been established for a long time, although it cannot be asserted how effective it will be in promoting high school education in the county, but through such reforms, we have seen the beneficial enlightenment and tangible results it has brought to the improvement of the county's high school education environment. To this end, we must always face up to our own shortcomings, benchmark famous schools, and see the gap from looking up; compare the internal, find the gap from the level view, based on reform and innovation, constantly improve ourselves, and strive to achieve the leapfrog development of high school education in Xiongxian County, serve the new district, and satisfy the people.
