According to Microsoft and Asobo Studio, the Top Gun expansion pack for Microsoft Flight Simulation has been postponed until May 27, 2022 due to the movie postponement. As originally planned, it was supposed to arrive over the weekend during thanksgiving this year. Earlier this month, however, Paramount Sales announced a postponement of the film's rescheduling.
Aside from some of the jets and locations in Top Gun 2: The Lone Ranger, it's unclear what new and interesting content Asobo Studio plans to include in the Top Gun expansion pack for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
