At 22:52, the members of the detachment arrived at the Tianchi Scenic Area in western Zhejiang, and Tong Bo immediately learned in detail with the police at the police station responsible for the scene and formulated a search and rescue plan: the soldiers were divided into two roads, and the first team was personally led by the captain, Han Hongdong, Zhang Jianrong, Cheng Jieping, and Junjie searched along the edge of the reservoir from the right side of the Tianchi, and the other team was led by Tong Lijun Zhu Yongqiang, Zhang Aihua, Xu Yiping, and searched along the edge of the reservoir from the left.
