Seymour also described her workout routine as "very sporadic" because she had previously been injured as a dancer.

"I try to get my heart beating faster and walk briskly at least 3 times a week," she shares. "I also work out with the coach and I'll do it on a stationary bike for about 20 minutes, spinning the bike, but not spinning like crazy. I do my own form and usually also have weight. So I tried to do both the upper body and the lower body at the same time. Then I do Pilates and gyroscopes, I swear.

"So, things that are very beneficial to my particular body, like bridges and planks, that I can do anywhere in any hotel room or anywhere at any time."
