Yin and yang are appearances and forms. The Tao is the Essence and is the Inner.

Yin and yang are visible, tangible and phased. The Tao is formless and phaseless.

Yin and yang are born and die, and they are fickle. The Word is immortal.

Yin and yang are one after the other. The Word does not increase or decrease.

The "Tao" should be expressed through yin and yang, and it should be brought into play through yin and yang. And the law of yin and yang is prescribed by the Tao.

As the Heart Sutra says: Color is not different from emptiness, and emptiness is not different from color.

Emptiness refers to the body, and color refers to the appearance. The body and the phase are the same and inseparable, so the Dharma emphasizes the non-duality of the Dharma.

Yin and yang have a limited amount of energy in terms of a specific thing. And the energy of the Tao is inexhaustible, and it can be said that it is inexhaustible.

Yin and yang occupy a certain time and space, showing the colorful world. The "Tao" transcends time and space, and the "Tao" creates all time and space, which can be said to be everywhere and everywhere. Everything is born and dies, because its energy is limited in terms of a specific thing, it has its definite number, and when the energy is exhausted, the thing must perish, which is the fundamental reason for the vagaries of yin and yang. The energy of yin and yang changes is provided by the "Tao", which has inexhaustible energy, but as far as the specific things are the manifestation of yin and yang, the energy it has is limited, so there must be life and death. The human body is also made of matter, so people's life expectancy cannot escape the yin and yang numbers, so people must live and die. This is the Tao Law of Nature, it is the Law.

The "Genealogy" says: One yin and one yang are the Tao, followed by goodness, and the nature of the becoming. The benevolent see is the benevolence, the knower sees the knowledge, and the people use it daily but do not know, so the way of the gentleman is rare.

What is the Word? The "Genealogy" says: "The metaphysical is called the way, and the metaphysical is called the instrument." "The Tao is a concept, and the instrument is the embodiment of a concept. Lao Tzu said, "The Tao is tao, very tao." "The Word can only be understood and cannot be understood.

。 All things in heaven and earth are composed of yin and yang, and yin and yang are mutually rooted, and they are always paired: dry is yang, Kun is yin; heaven is yang and earth is yin; sun is yang and moon is yin; day is yang and night is yin; southern yang and northern yin; upper yang and lower yin; mingyang yin; summer yang and cold yin; Jianyang Shunyin; gangyang soft yin; male yang female yin; Guiyang yin, and so on.

。 The basic properties of anything can be yin or yang, but yin and yang are not pure yin and yang, but are divided into yin and yang, and there is yin and yang in yin and yang. Yang is not pure yang, there is yin in yang, yin is not pure yin, and there is yang in yin. For example, male is yang and female is yin, but the body of men and women is up and down, the upper is yang, and the lower is yin; the left is yang, and the right is yin.

。 Yin and yang are neither fixed, static, nor antagonistic to each other. Rather, it is an interactive process of change that goes in and out. If yin and yang are opposed, then everything will not survive and fall apart. For example, in the spring, the yang rises and the yin qi falls, in the summer, the yang is full and the yin is declining; in the autumn, the yin rises and the yang falls, and in the winter, the yin is strong and the yang is declining.

。 Yin and yang cannot travel independently and alone, and must interact with each other to survive. If yin and yang are separated and no interaction induction occurs, then nothing can happen. Gua is formed because of the yin, and the yin is the intersection, that is, the intersection of yin and yang, because of the sympathy and the feeling, because of the feeling. If the weather rises and the earth and the earth descends, the two qi intersect and there is Thai, so the heavens and the earth intersect, up and down intersect, and "Tai". If the weather rises and the earth's air falls, the two gases must not be exchanged.

The "Dictionary of Genealogy" says: "The heavens and the earth are entangled, and all things are alcohol." Male and female constructs sperm, and all things are transformed. "Because there is an interactive induction of yin and yang, there is the growth of all things." If they do not intersect, there is nothing.

。 The basic rule of "Zhou Yi" is that if anything develops to the peak, it will inevitably be reversed, Lao Tzu said "the movement of the opposite", which means that the anode is yin, the cathode is yang, and the yin and yang are mutually rooted.

Cheng Yi said: Yin and Yang itself, the changes in Yin and Yang, and the regularity of Yin and Yang changes are not the Tao, but the Tao is the truth manifested by the order of yin and yang changes.

Therefore, the benevolent see the benevolent, the wise see the wise, and the people do not know what they use every day. Seeing benevolence and seeing wisdom are like a blind man touching an elephant, knowing one but not knowing the second, while the multitude only knows how to follow the path, but knows it but does not know why it is so.
