Xu Mou is more than 40 years old this year, a native of Pingyang County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Recalling the absurd years of his youth, he still sighed.
He was a restless child from an early age, and due to the good economic conditions of the family and the lack of strict discipline, he gradually became infected with vices and social idle people. Instigated by his fox friends, he tried heroin for the first time at the age of 17 and fell into the abyss step by step.
"At first, I didn't have a lot of addiction, and when I had a fever, a cold and other ailments, heroin use could be greatly relieved, so I mistakenly thought that this was a 'miracle drug' that could cure all diseases." Xu Mou said that at that time, there was no good anti-drug public opinion in society, and the young self did not understand the harm of drugs at all, so he could not extricate himself from taking drugs for a long time.
In the face of the current situation that it is difficult for specially sick and disabled drug addicts to seek medical treatment and control, the Anti-Narcotics Office of Aojiang Town actively explores the one-stop "rescue, treatment and management" and adopts the help model of "government funding, public security management, and medical services" according to local conditions to properly solve the difficulties in the lives and management of sick and disabled drug addicts.

After learning that Xu had just started a business and encountered the epidemic and could not open the sales channels at all, Dong Wenhui and his colleagues first took the lead and mobilized all the staff in the community to purchase a batch, and vigorously publicized it within the jurisdiction to win a large number of orders for Xu.
At the same time, the Xitang community also contacted agricultural product exhibitions in Wenzhou, Hangzhou and other places to strive for the lowest price, let Xu carry out publicity, and obtained many orders from all over the world.
After nearly three years of community drug rehabilitation, Xu mou ushered in his own "transformation".
The family that was on the verge of being broken became harmonious, and Xu also founded a biotechnology company at the end of 2019 and built his own science and technology plantation in Longgang City.
At the same time, his food co., LTD. also began online and offline sales in an all-round way, and participated in the Hangzhou Agricultural Products Exhibition held at the Xinnongdu Convention and Exhibition Center in Xiaoshan District in November 2020, and sales are expected to reach more than 2 million this year.
Today, he is a well-known local entrepreneur.
