Among the key transportation projects newly built this year, there are 6 super projects with an investment of more than 10 billion yuan, accounting for half of the total projects, including the reconstruction and expansion project of the Hubei Eyujie to Junshan section of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway with an investment of 21 billion yuan, the Li (Sichuan) Xian (Feng) Expressway with an investment of 20.3 billion yuan, etc.; to accelerate the regional development of transportation integration, the upcoming Wuhan-Tianmen Expressway is one of the 139 broken roads and bottleneck roads opened in Hubei Province within 5 years.
In addition to the construction of the second Ehuang River Crossing Channel (Yanji Yangtze River Bridge and wiring), four new Yangtze River Bridges will be built this year. Among them, the Jingzhou Guanyin Temple Yangtze River Bridge and the Jingzhou Libu Yangtze River Railway Bridge are double-decker bridges; the construction of the Zhijiang Bailizhou Yangtze River Bridge will make the Yangtze River, the largest river in the Yangtze River, Bailizhou bid farewell to the thousand-year history of crossing the river.
This year, Hubei built a list of "4 bridges and 8 roads":
1. Wuhan to Songzi Expressway Jiangling to Songzi section (including Guanyin Temple Yangtze River Bridge)
2. Xingang Expressway Shuangliu Yangtze River Bridge and wiring project
3. Dangyang to Songzi Expressway via Zhijiang (including Zhijiang Bailizhou Yangtze River Bridge)

6. The Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway in Hubei Province, Eyu Junction to Junshan Section reconstruction and expansion

This year, Hubei Jiaotong Investment Group will build 28 high-speed projects and plan to start 12 new highway projects. The total mileage is 1213 kilometers, and the total investment is 233.6 billion yuan. Among them, there are 16 continuation projects such as the southern section of the Xiangyang Ring Expressway, the northern section of the Xiangyang Expressway, and the first phase of the Ezhou Airport Expressway, and 12 projects are planned to start construction this year, such as the Yu'ejie section of the Anlai Expressway and the northern section of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway in Hubei.
