The AD8651 and AD8652 are high precision, low noise, low distortion, rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifiers that operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply.
Both single and dual amplifiers are available in an 8-pin SOIC package, and a single amplifier is also available in an 8-pin MSOP package.
The AD8651/2 provides high speed, high bandwidth, low noise, and high accuracy. With a 5 V supply, these rail-to-rail output amplifiers have a gain bandwidth of 50 MHz and a typical offset voltage of 150 μV. Noise as low as 5 nV/√Hz.
The AD8651/2 can be used in communications areas such as cellular transmission power control, fiber optic networks, wireless networks, and video line drives.
The AD8651/2 is specified over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
