Huanggu "two neighbors" | District Market Supervision Bureau joined hands with the community to solve the problem of "blocking points" in the construction of "two neighbors"

On February 8, Zhang Haifu, deputy director of the Huanggu District Market Supervision Bureau, led the relevant responsible persons of the Bureau's Catering Department, the Yellow River Market Supervision Institute and the Administrative Office to go deep into the Yangtze River South community to investigate and solve the problem of blockages in the construction of "two neighbors" in the community.

During the research forum, Secretary Kou Qingyang of the Yangtze River South Community introduced the progress of the construction of the "two neighbors" in the community, and at the same time reflected the relevant blockage problems encountered by the community in promoting the "two neighbors" work, including: First, it is necessary to set up a positive energy "benchmark" for the shops along the street, and to drive other shops to manage themselves; second, because the Yangtze River South community is mostly an old community, the sewer pipes and other facilities are outdated and aging, and the small catering along the street shops accounts for more, and too much kitchen waste often causes pipeline blockage. The neighborhood relationship between shops and residents has brought unnecessary trouble; the third is that there are more elderly people in the Yangtze River South community, who know little about food and drug safety, price fraud and other relevant laws and regulations, have a weak sense of rights protection, and often do not know how to protect their rights after being deceived; fourth, because the community lives alone and has more disabled elderly people, in order to be able to better take care of these elderly people, volunteer shops are needed to provide affordable meal services for the elderly and also need to often go to the elderly to provide "knocking" services to understand the living conditions of the elderly.

In view of these problems, on the basis of careful discussion and research, the two sides have formed the following feasible solutions, which are planned to be implemented item by item in the future work: First, it is proposed to include the catering shops in the jurisdiction of the Yangtze River South Community into the evaluation scope of the Yangtze River Street Food Safety and Assured Consumption Demonstration Circle, and the volunteer services of the shops will be included as the benchmark shop evaluation standards; the second is to coordinate the kitchen waste disposal company to provide free kitchen waste treatment services for the catering shops; the third is to coordinate the units with food delivery riders. In addition to delivering meals, we can provide "knocking on the door" services for the disabled elderly in the community to understand the living conditions of the elderly living alone; fourth, the Market Bureau provides guidance for companies that are willing to provide volunteer meal services to the community in terms of license processing, process specifications, standard formulation, etc.; fifth, the Market Bureau will carry out irregular legal popularization and rights protection publicity for community residents in various forms in related aspects such as food and drug safety, intellectual property rights, and price fraud.

The deputy director of the Market Supervision Bureau said that in the next step, the District Market Bureau will do its best to assist the community to solve various "blocking points" problems that plague the construction of "two neighbors", establish a system of "fixed-point joint of organ cadres, sinking of law enforcement cadres", normalize the work of delisting "blocking points" for the community, practice the concept of "co-construction, sharing, and co-governance" and "two neighbors", and seek happiness for the people in the community.
