At 10:30 p.m. that night, law enforcement officers found that there was a dredging vessel under construction in a certain area of the jurisdiction, and a mud carrier loaded with dredging material was heading downstream. At about 10:45 p.m. that night, the hull of the ship was obviously floating, and there was a suspicion of dumping dredging into the ocean, and law enforcement officers immediately drove the speedboat close to the ship and boarded the ship for inspection. It was found that there was wet silt residue after dumping in the cabin of the ship, and the crew also admitted to dumping 60 to 70 cubic meters of dredging into the ocean. Subsequently, law enforcement officers designated the vessel to the Lotus Hill Law Enforcement Terminal for investigation, and by 4 a.m. on February 10, the initial investigation of the ship's personnel was completed. The case will be dealt with seriously in accordance with laws and regulations.
