The Alpha Architecture Conference is a concurrent event, inviting 100+ celebrities every year to share new projects, new designs, new technologies and new materials in global architecture.
On 12 March 2022, the Alpha Architecture Congress and the CTBUH World Society for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat organized the "Design of Tall Buildings That Echo the Climate Environment" forum, where buildings can leverage design strategies to create comfortable environments in the context of understanding the local climate.

Peter Chan is the Environmental Team Leader at Gundam Greater China. He is also a practicing geotechnical engineer with professional qualifications in Ontario (Canada), the United Kingdom and Hong Kong. While in Canada, he was involved in geotechnical and hydrogeological work on geotechnical and mining projects, including shaft surveys, roadway deformation and stabilization solutions, mine and related stress relief solutions, heap dip pad design, tailings management programs, and stability assessments for live and abandoned tailings. He is currently a key member of the company's Integrated Environmental Solutions Group, which specializes in managing environmental solutions to local and global businesses operating in China to address sustainability, compliance, pollution control, safety and industrial hygiene issues.

Dennis has extensive global experience in architecture and urban design. As Regional Head of Architectural Design at Arup, Dennis oversees the quality of architecture, urban design and landscape design in East Asia. He has led many large-scale multi-faceted urban shaping projects at the planning and design level and has collaborated with disciplinary teams in many different fields. Dennis is also passionate about public sector and place creation, particularly in the areas of waterfront urban planning and urban reinvention. In addition to serving as Head of Design for East Asia, Dennis is a member of Arup's Global Building Executive Board, dedicated to advancing the architecture and related design profession in the region.

Mr Lee is an architect with over 20 years of experience in commercial, retail, mixed-use and public buildings. Having worked in a number of internationally renowned architectural firms, he is adept at accumulating experience and applying it to diversified and multi-functional project creation, and his projects have won many awards at home and abroad. Mr. Li Xiaohuan's enthusiasm and passion for architecture also infected the team, and led the team to successfully build large-scale commercial complex projects such as Nanjing Jiangbei Hongyue City, Xiamen MixC, Chengdu Yintai Center and Changsha Jinmao Meixi Lake International Plaza.

Wang Lang
CCDI Deputy Chief Architect, Vice President of Design
Mr. Wang Lang is the deputy chief architect of CCDI, vice president of design, and the lead architect of 21 Design Studio. Wang Lang is a CHARTERED ARCHITECT of RIBA, a senior member of the Architectural Society of China, an off-campus graduate tutor of the Department of Architecture of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, an off-campus tutor of the Department of Architecture of Shenzhen University, a national first-class registered architect, and a professor-level senior engineer. He has won the Design Award of China Survey Association (first prize and third prize), the Creation Award of Architectural Society of China, the First Prize of Survey and Design of Guangdong Province, the Excellence Award of Shanghai Creation Award, the Gold Award of National Quality Engineering, and the Luban Award of China Construction Engineering. Engaged in architectural professional design for 16 years, he has outstanding achievements in super high-rise, industrial parks, complexes and cultural buildings.

Wu Wei studied architecture at Chongqing Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture and worked in architectural design in Lanzhou and Shanghai from 1992 to 1994. In 1995, he began his studies at the Department of Architecture at the Federal Polytechnic University (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland, and completed his graduation project in 2000 under the supervision of Professor Mario Campe, where he obtained a Master of Architecture (Diplom). After working at Skyline Architecture in Zurich, Switzerland, Wu Wei joined gmp von Gercom in 2001, with Marg & Partners as chief representative of the Beijing and Shanghai offices, gmp architects since 2004 as a project partner, a partner in China in 2009 and a partner in 2019. He also serves as an editorial board member of Architectural Details, Architectural Techniques, And Urban Environment Design (UED) magazines, vice chairman of the Academic Committee of Active Architecture of the Architectural Society of China, director of the Academic Committee of Innovative Industrial Park Planning of the Architectural Society of China, judge of the 2016 and 2018 Architectural Design Awards of the Architectural Society of China, and member of the National Registered Architect Management Committee.
