Today when we communicate with others, in addition to making phone calls, we can also use chat software such as WeChat and QQ, but in the past, when technology was not developed, the most common way for people to communicate was letters, so did you write letters? Do you know what are the rules of etiquette for writing letters?

1. The composition of traditional epistles usually includes several parts, such as predicate, tibi, simu, main text, wish language, and signature.
2. The language of traditional letters, such as "your excellency", "benevolent brother", "sir", etc. when referring to the other party, "under", "younger brother", "late life" and other words when referring to oneself, and "he" or "canal" when referring to a third party.
3. Title: The epistle begins with a title, and the words that are generally to be paid homage after the title, such as "Tai Duan", "Tai Fu", "Da Jian", etc., are "Ti Xi Language". The word "Tai" is used a lot in traditional letters, which also means to show respect. It is said that there are three stars in the sky, which are important constellations to assist the Emperor of Heaven, so calling someone "Tai" means to express praise.
4. Simu language: After mentioning the name language, you can not directly enter the main text, first use a concise question to express the thoughts or admiration for the recipient, this kind of sentence is called Simu language. The first is to pour out the emotions of missing each other from the change of season and climate. The second is to start from the perspective of recalling the time of the last meeting and its thoughts.
5. Text: That is, what the writer wants to say, the subject of the letter. Start writing with another line of empty two words, and write at the top of the second line. The handwriting is clear and the content is complete and smooth.
6. Greetings: After the end of the main text of the letter, it is not possible to place the money directly, but to write a wishing message first. This is the phrase used at the end of the letter to express wishes, congratulations, etc. to the recipient. In order to highlight the congratulatory speech, you can write "This Greeting" and other exclusive lines, with four empty words, and write "salute" and other lines on the top grid.
7. Signature: Write the letter writer's name in the lower right corner at the end of the text. At the same time, write the year, month, and day on the next line of the signature. In the old days, letters were also exquisite in the payment, in addition to the elders to the juniors, the teacher could write his own name directly to the students, and generally needed to indicate his identity before his name, such as children, daughters, students, etc. It is also necessary to add "enlightenment words" according to their relationship with each other.
8. Envelope language: After the recipient's name and title, use terms such as "prostrate" and "give enlightenment".
