In the face of the operator employees as Party A, they can only get such a low income, and Party B should not have earned higher profits than Party A, but such an abnormal phenomenon has occurred in the communication equipment industry. Huawei's average employee compensation exceeded one million, close to 50 times the income of grass-roots employees of operators.
Huawei's high employee income has always been admired by people in the industry, which of course comes from their continuous technological innovation and the eye-catching results of the industry, which makes great profits, but on the other hand, it is inseparable from their unique position, after all, as the leader of China's technology industry, there must always be some special places.
Previously, China Mobile announced the results of the 5G equipment bidding, showing that Huawei's 5G equipment price is the highest, followed by ZTE, while the foreign companies Ericsson and Nokia's 5G equipment prices are lower than those of these two Chinese companies.
Industry insiders pointed out that the three major operators have now also criticized the two major domestic communication equipment manufacturers with high prices, so they began to support other small and medium-sized domestic communication equipment manufacturers after the 5G network entered a new round of construction.
