Support districts to promote the development of relatively weak schools and expand high-quality educational resources through collectivization, school district system and other school-running methods. Relying on school education resources, based on the principle of public welfare and inclusiveness, promote the full coverage of after-school services in compulsory education schools, and coordinate the development of physical exercise, homework counseling and Q&A, and colorful comprehensive quality development activities. Increase support for preschool education, continuously meet the needs of families for inclusive kindergarten degrees, appropriately extend the length of time in kindergartens in accordance with relevant requirements, and provide services to families in real need. The frequency and cost of students' participation in extracurricular training will be included in the content of school supervision. Standardize the training behavior of discipline-based off-campus training institutions and the standards for private education and training institutions, and strictly review off-campus and offline training.
