Although Lu You was a famous and prestigious family, he was born at the turn of the two Song Dynasties and grew up in the Southern Song Dynasty. In the twenty-third year of Shaoxing (1153), he entered the capital Lin'an (now part of Hangzhou, Zhejiang) to participate in the "Lock Hall" examination for enyin's disciples, and Qin Juniper was furious because Qin Juniper's grandson Qin Huan was under the name of Lu You. The following year, when he took the examination of the Ministry of Rites, Qin Ju instructed that he should not be admitted to Lu You. In the twenty-fifth year of Shaoxing (1155), Qin Ju died of illness, and Lu Youfang was able to enter the career.

Lu You once wrote a poem "Autumn Thoughts": "Profit wants to drive people away from fire and cattle, and the rivers and lakes are a sand gull." The length of the day is like the idleness of the years, and the matter is as big as the drunkenness of the day. The clothes pestle knocked on the deep alley moon, and the well tong shook the autumn of the old garden. To soothe the old eyes without a high place, Ande Yuan Long Hundred Foot Building. "I want to look far away, but there is no building to climb." In the poem, the good verse of the "anvil pestle knocks the moon in the deep alley" sets off the entanglement in the heart.

In the thirty-second year of Shaoxing (1162), Emperor Xiaozong of Song ascended the throne and appointed Lu You as an editor of the Privy Council. In the first year of Longxing (1163), Zhang Jun presided over the Northern Expedition with Zhang Jun as the governor, and Lu You wrote to offer advice. Later, the Song army was defeated at Fuli (in present-day Suzhou, Anhui), and Song Xiaozong and the Jin State reached a "Longxing Peace Agreement". In the first year of Qiandao (1165), Lu You was deposed because of his statement that Zhang Jun used troops. In the fourth year of Chunxi (1177), 15 years after the peace negotiations of that year, the imperial court did not want to restore peace and peace, and Lu You wrote a poem "Guan Shanyue": "Fifteen years under the edict of He Rong, the general did not fight and came to the border. Zhu Men sang and danced, and the stable horse fat died and the bow broke the string. Shu Lou Diao Dou urged the moon to fall, thirty from the army now white hair. In the seventh year of Qiandao (1171), Wang Yanxuan fuChuan and Shaanxi, garrisoning Nanzheng (now part of Hanzhong, Shaanxi), Lu You was invited to serve as an office clerk and procurator of the Sichuan Xuanfu Envoy Office for 8 months, which was the only time in his life that he personally visited the anti-Jin front and tried to realize his patriotic aspirations. During this time, Lu You wrote a lot of military lyrics, including the verses of Wing Yue. For example, in "Qiu Bomei, On the Evening of July 16, Dengxing Pavilion Looking at Chang'an Nanshan Mountain", "Amorous Who Is Like Nanshan Moon", anthropomorphic exaggeration, ingenious techniques; "Moon Oblique Window Paper" in "Night Tour Palace , Remembering Dreams to Send Teacher Bohun", which sets off the bleakness of the frontline environment.

In the eighth year of Qiandao (1172), Lu You entered Shu and successively served as a senator of the Chengdu Fulu Pacification Department, a General Judge of Shuzhou, a General Judge of Jiazhou, an Acting Governor of Rongzhou, a Senator of Jincheng, and a Senator of Shuzhou. During this time, Lu You wrote many works containing the best sentences of The Moon. In the fifth year of Chunxi (1178), Lu You, whose poetry was growing, was summoned by Emperor Xiaozong of Song and successively served as the official of Fuzhou and Jiangxi to raise Changping tea salt. In the sixth year of Chunxi (1179), he served as Changping of Jiangxi and was in charge of the granary. In the following year, the floods in Jiangxi, Lu You "Bangzhou Fa Su", was impeached, resigned from the government, chunxi eight to twelve years (1181-1185) idle in his hometown for five years. In the meantime, he wrote a poem that depicts the leisurely life of early summer, "Dark Night Crying, 纨扇婵屯素月": "纨扇婵娟素月, scarf ethereal light smoke." In the thirteenth year of Chunxi (1186), the imperial court revived Lu You as The Prefecture of Yanzhou, Chunxi was promoted to junior inspector of military weapons in the fifteenth year (1188), and in the first year of Shaoxi (1190), he was promoted to the rank of Inspector of the Imperial Household. Due to Lu You's "revival of the theory of joy", he was impeached by the "Lord and faction" and was once again dismissed from his post. In the third year of Qingyuan (1197), Lu You wrote the "Two Songs of Book Anger", in which the poem "Luoyang Palace of the Decadent Night Moon" refers to the palace of Luoyang, the eastern capital of the Han Dynasty, which was still in the occupied area at that time, so that the sentiment of killing the enemy and repaying the country surged from time to time.

In the second year of Jiatai (1202), the imperial court again ordered Lu You to enter Beijing, serving as a co-editor of the History of the State and the Records of the Records of the Imperial Household, presided over the compilation of the Records of the Two Dynasties and the History of the Three Dynasties of Emperor Xiaozong and Emperor Guangzong, and served as the secretary and supervisor. In the third year of Jiatai (1203), the compilation of the history of the country was completed, and Lu Yousheng Baozhangge was to be made, so he paid tribute to shi at the age of 79. After returning to his hometown, he once wrote a comfortable poem "Sauvignon Blanc Yun Qianwei": "The cloud is thousand heavy, the water is thousand heavy, and I am in the water of a thousand clouds." Moonlight collects the fishing canister. The head is not childlike, the ears are not deaf, and the wine can still blush. A statue who is with the same. However, the good times did not last long, and in the third year of the Kai Jubilee (1207), Shi Miyuan launched a coup d'état, killed the Northern Expedition general Han Nongxin, and made a "Jiading Peace Agreement" with the Jin State, and the Northern Expedition was a complete failure. In response, Lu You became angry and left a masterpiece of "Shi'er", and died on December 29 (January 26, 1210) in the second year of Jiading (1209) at the age of 85.
