To do a good job in building a law-based business environment, we must strengthen our consciousness of grasping it. The rule of law is the best business environment, and administration according to law is the best "care" for the business environment. On the one hand, leading cadres at all levels should consciously raise their awareness of the rule of law, and be good at using rule of law thinking and rule of law methods to make decisions and grasp development. It is necessary to strengthen political supervision, constantly eliminate the style virus that erodes the business environment, constantly eliminate the corruption that undermines the business environment, effectively punish the "black sheep" with a zero-tolerance attitude, and ensure that the standards are not lowered, the requirements are not relaxed, the measures are not reduced, and the atmosphere is not light.

To do a good job in building a business environment based on the rule of law, we must form a joint force. There are many and wide-ranging work points to optimize the business environment, and it is necessary to give full play to the leadership role of party committees at all levels in overseeing the overall situation and coordinating all parties, and the number one leaders of all localities and departments must personally grasp the deployment, coordination, and implementation, so as to gather the strength and wisdom of all parties and fundamentally ensure the smooth progress of optimizing the business environment.
