The skier, born in the northeastern Spanish city of Sabadell, is competing for the Winter Olympics for the fifth time and the second time she has become a flag bearer for the Spanish delegation after the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.

Castellet's athletic form has been outstanding lately. After coming to China and staying in the Winter Olympic Village, Castellet quickly adapted to life here. Castellet also revealed that during the game, she brought her own designed snowboard to the game. She said: "I have loved painting since I was a child.
