Norway's Johaiyug won the first gold medal at the Beijing Winter Olympics

The Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics Cross-Country Skiing Women's Double Pursuit (7.5 km traditional technology + 7.5 km free technology) ended at the National Cross-Country Skiing Center. With a time of 44:13.7, the 33-year-old Norwegian star Johaiyug took the lead in rushing to win the first gold medal of the Winter Olympics, her second Olympic gold medal since the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, and the fourth Olympic medal of her career.

In the Chinese legion, Li Xin finished in 33rd place, Chi Chunxue finished in 34th place, and Diniger Yilamujiang and Banya Garin finished 43rd and 46th respectively.
