Jing Yumin told the Southern + reporter that the opening ceremony of this Winter Olympic Games interpreted the proposition of the Winter Olympics with innovative performances of science and technology and humanities, cross-field and cross-media presentation, which not only showed the ecological concept of low-carbon environmental protection, but also fully demonstrated the Olympic spirit with concise, scientific and technological, and romantic exhibition and performance methods.

Jing Yumin presided over the design of the main torch tower for the opening ceremony of the 13th National Games in 2017, and created sculptures for the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics and the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.
