BYD Han and Don welcome upgrades: DiLink 4.0 and Sentinel mode are all here

A few days ago, a screenshot of BYD's DiLink OTA upgrade to version 1.2 was exposed online, and the system upgraded the 4.0 UI theme from the content point of view, adding parking monitoring (sentinel mode) and other content.

According to reports, the models that support the upgrade are Han EV, Han DM and Tang DM-i. At present, the version upgrade has not been pushed on a large scale, and the official has not issued an official notice.

As BYD's latest generation of car-machine system, DiLink 4.0's newly optimized vehicle interface UI design shows clearer and more convenient operation, and adds deep and shallow display modes to support adaptive switching, solving the visual pain points of reflection during the day and glare at night.

As early as last November, a set of bydir camera photos of BYD's car and machine systems circulated on the Internet, and the "sentry mode" was prominently listed. According to the official introduction, when the sentry mode is turned on, the system will call the whole vehicle camera for surveillance video after the vehicle is turned off and locked, and when the vehicle vibrates or an object approaches, an emergency video will be generated and sent to the mobile phone to notify you.

It has to be said that DiLink 4.0 and Sentinel mode are the functions that car owners are looking forward to, and I hope that BYD can let more car owners enjoy these two functions.
