February 4 news, in the early morning of this morning, SpaceX launched the latest Starlink mission to expand the coverage of Internet services. A Falcon 9 rocket carrying 49 Starlink satellites lifted off for the sixth time from Kennedy Space Center's 39A launch site (LC-39A) into low-Earth orbit.
This is SpaceX's 36th Starlink mission to build a broadband constellation. IT House understands that SpaceX is working to deploy the first phase of the Starlink Constellation, which belongs to Starlink Group 4-7.
About nine minutes after launch, the Falcon 9 first-stage booster, identified as B1061-6, re-entered Earth's atmosphere and landed on an unmanned recovery vessel about 654 kilometers off the coast of Florida.
Since 2019, SpaceX has launched a total of 2,091 Starlink satellites into orbit. According to astronomers, about 1920 are still in orbit as of now.
