After so many years of development, I would like to thank our coaches. As the community grows, the guidance of the coach is essential. We have invited some social people who love baseball as our coaches, taking out their precious rest time to provide us with more professional guidance, leading teams and so on. At the same time, many seniors who have graduated will often come back to train with us as senior coaches.

Although time flies, some coaches have to leave us because of work, time and other issues, we will often keep in touch and exchange some questions. Each coach leaves with a selection of people he feels are the right person to become our new coach. Jeff, the current coach, runs a new wave baseball stadium in Hangzhou, and will find time to train with us on weekends to provide some equipment and technical support, hoping to better promote the sport of baseball.
In addition to being on the pitch, academy people have to play their unique advantage in other areas. The logo and team uniform of the team are jointly discussed and designed by the first president Wang Mengjia and Wang Muzhi, and the logo of the community is designed by the senior Shi Zhongyi. Wang Mengjia's control of the details is extremely strict, and it took nearly 1 month to select and contrast the team uniform fabric alone, and the logo and team uniform style design were repeatedly changed before and after, and finally reached the perfect indicator in mind. Also considering the requirements of the female team members, the designed team uniform must be worn 'thin'!
