Zhang Haibao, born in 1976, is currently a member of the Education Committee of the China Academy of Calligraphy and Art, a member of the Shaanxi Provincial Artists Association, a member of the Shandong Young Artists Association, a senior academician of the Huaxia Kyoto Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, a senior calligrapher and painter of the Sheng Shixuan (Beijing) Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute, a member of the China Art Education Association, a contracted artist of Liaocheng City, a member of the Liaocheng City Calligraphers Association, and a member of the Liaocheng Artists Association.
Zhang Haibao's freehand flowers and birds are taken from ordinary materials, and most of them are commonplace flowers, plants, birds and insects as the object of expression, but they can retreat from all kinds of fire and present a far-flung and humorous atmosphere.
