Li Xiaogang is a member of the Xinjiang Artists Association, a member of the Watercolor Art Committee, and a member of the China Art Education Association. Li Xiaogang, born in November 1960, graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Xinjiang Normal University in 1988, is now working as a full-time art teacher at Changji College, the head of the Jinghao Calligraphy and Painting Society of Changji College, during his studies, he was deeply influenced and taught by the late watercolor painting master Yu Ran, since engaging in watercolor painting teaching and professional creation, his works have been exhibited in the autonomous region and other provinces and cities for many times, etc. In 2008, the work "Xi" was exhibited in the 30th anniversary of Xinjiang's reform and opening up, and the work "Afternoon" was exhibited in the Xinjiang Art Exhibition for the 50th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1999 In 2010, his work "Tianshan Summer Wind" was included in the Xinjiang Art Exhibition on the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, and was published in "Xinjiang Youth" and "Contemporary Communication" for many times, and his work "Wu Wu" was included in the "Xinjiang Contemporary Watercolor Pastel Painting Collection", the work "Sunshine of the Afternoon" was published in the "Xinjiang Contemporary Watercolor Painting Sketch Collection", and the work "Winter of the Ma River" was exhibited in Changji, Shihezi, Manas County, etc. I am a member of the Xinjiang Artists Association, a member of the Watercolor Art Committee, and a member of the China Art Education Association.
