Domestically approved indications

Inhalants/injections

(1) It is suitable for acute and chronic respiratory diseases accompanied by abnormal sputum secretion and poor sputum discharge function, such as acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, wheezing bronchitis, bronchiectasis and bronchial asthma expectorant treatment.

(2) Preventive treatment of postoperative pulmonary complications.

(3) Treatment of preterm infants and neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (IRDS).

Chewable tablets/granules/disintegrating tablets

It is suitable for expectorant treatment of acute and chronic respiratory diseases accompanied by abnormal sputum secretion and poor sputum discharge function, such as acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, wheezing bronchitis, and bronchial asthma.

capsule

Suitable for those whose sputum is viscous and not easy to cough up.

Domestic conventional dose

injection

1 bottle (15 mg/bottle) 2 to 3 times a day, with an increase in severe cases to 2 bottles each time.

inhalant

2 to 3 mL/time, inhaled 1 to 2 times a day (15 mg to 45 mg/day); the recommended cycle is 7 days, and the specific use time can be followed by medical advice, and may be extended or shortened according to the patient's symptoms.

Chewable tablets

60 mg (2 tablets) /time, 2 times a day.

This administration is appropriate for the treatment of acute respiratory diseases and the initial treatment of chronic diseases, and the dose can be halved after 14 days. This product is best taken at mealtime.

Granules

(1) Usually in the first 2 to 3 days of treatment, 30 mg (2 sachets) at a time, 3 times a day (equivalent to oral ambroxol hydrochloride 90 mg per day). Then, take 30 mg (2 sachets) orally twice a day (equivalent to 60 mg of ambroxol hydrochloride orally per day).

(2) Dissolve with room temperature water when taking and take after meals.

Disintegration tablets

Oral: Place this product in the mouth, without water or only a small amount of water, take after meals.

Adults: 30 mg (tablets) three times a day, if 60 mg/dose twice daily, may improve efficacy.

Capsules

75 mg/time, once daily.

contraindication

◆ It is forbidden for those who are allergic to the active substance or any excipients contained.

◆ This product contains a lot of sorbitol, so fructose intolerant patients are banned.
